Casual Look: Gray & Pink

Here are some other things I got at the San Marcos outlets on Memorial Day. I wore this tonight to run errands and dinner with Jayden. I love how comfy these shorts are! I should've bought some more, especially for the price. I'm looking forward to more cute shorts this summer. What are you looking forward to wearing this summer season?
Top: Loft Outlet $10.50 (similar) * Shorts: Loft Outlet $13 (similar) * Sandals: Nine West * Sunnies: Franco Sarto via Marshall's * Bracelet and Watch: $5 Jewelry

Work Style: Neutrals

Top: Loft * Pants: The Limited * Shoes: Steve Madden via Ross (similar) * Bracelet: $5 Jewelry (similar) * Watch: Movado * Earrings: Forever 21 * Clutch: Aldo (similar)
Today's look was all about neutrals. I bought this top on sale at Loft in April for $25 and love how versatile it is. I have worn it once already (here) and I like the pop of color from the bracelet and the clutch. I should've put my coral shoes instead for more color, but wore the pumps to keep it more business-like.

Work Style: Magenta & mustard

Today's look was all about bold colors. I love the color of these pants! They can be worn so many different ways. I also love the ruffles on the blouse.

Work Style: Green & stripes

Ok, so this is what I came up with today. I bought these cropped pants at the Loft outlet in San Marcos on Memorial Day. I love this outlet mall, and we stopped by after our mini vacation. They had a great sale (50% off these pants!). I wanted to mix patterns but stuck to a solid top instead.

So yet another floral top. This is one is from White House Black Market. I love the ruffles on this top as well.

Here is another floral look. This is a great top that goes with so many different looks. I put together these 2 different looks. Which one do you like best?

Work Style: Red & mixing prints

I tried mixing prints here. The top with red sweater is polka dot as well as the other black top. I added the leopard belt to mix prints together. I am wearing a necklace I bought from $5 Jewelry. They come to different hospitals throughout the city and everything they sell is $5!
This is the look I wore to work. Top: old, Skirt: Bebe (old), Belt: H&M (last year), Red shoes: Mix No. 6 via DSW ($40), Earrings: Forever 21, Watch: Anne Klein (similar), Necklace: $5 Jewelry ($5)

Work Style: Pale pink

Ok, I know I have been gone for a while. Sorry. I have a lot of pictures to post, so I will post them now! Pink is definetely one of my favorite colors. This shirt is a recent buy at JC Penney for only $9! I think I like the white skirt combo the best.

Work Style: Black/ khaki print with a pop of blue

I just got this shirt at Forever 21. I was going to wear them with loose red pants, but decided on my skinny black pants to balance the flow of the shirt.
Top: Forever 21 ($15.80, recent), Black pants: INC via Macy's (old), Blue Shoes: Rock and Republic via Kohl's ($50), Blue necklace: WHBM (old), Earrings: Market in Peru

Work Style: Navy and coral

So, I did another coral and navy look for work this past week. I think that is my favorite combination this spring, or at least one of the many. I recently bought bright pink shoes but decided to get these coral ones instead. Seems a little more work appropriate.
Coral top: H&M (old), White pants with navy lines: i.e via Macy's (old), Navy belt: Petite Sophisticate (very old), Navy blazer: Loft (old), Shoes: Katie & Kelly via DSW ($50), Bracelet: Forever 21, Necklace: Market in Peru, Watch: Anne Klein

Work Style: Coral print dress

I bought this dress in Colorado when we were visiting friends. I love H&M and they are finally coming to Houston! I just got this dress last month, but H&M does not sell online. I also went to a graduation party right after work so wore this to dinner as well.

Work Style: Chambray, red and white

So, I finally found a chambray shirt! I have been on the hunt for one for a while now. I found this top at Forever 21 and the skirt at JC Penney. I have also been looking for a white skirt and decided to buy this one at JCP. This shirt is so versatile. It virtually goes with everything! I am looking forward to making different outfits out of this shirt!

Work Style: The suit and hot pink

I had conference to attend for work last week. I wore a suit to be on the safe side, but added a pop of pink to add style to it. I am glad I do not have a job (or company, I should say) that requires a suit every day to work. I used to, so I have quite a few suits in my closet, but I am glad for the laid back but still classy styles I can wear most days.
Suit: Anne Klein via Macy's (old), Shirt: Express (old), Shoes: Ralph Lauren via Ross (old)
I love this picture. Jayden is posing his "outfit" in the background.

Work Style: Purple and brown

I have worn this outfit in the past, but with pants. I recently read a post on to have different outfits but around the same pieces. Makes it easier to get ready in the mornings. I love this purple top with brown.
Top: Loft (old), Skirt: Express (old), Shoes: Steve Madden (old), Jewelry: Target

Work Style: Denim jacket and dress

I love denim but unfortunately I can not wear jeans at work. This is as close to "jeans" I can wear with this blazer denim jacket. I bought it a few years ago at Loehmann's in New Jersey (traveling for work). It was a great investment, because it's a timeless piece.
Denim Jacket: Calvin Klein via Loehmann's (old), Dress: Ann Taylor Outlet (old), Shoes: Ralph Lauren via Ross, Sunnies: Forever 21 ($1.80, new)

Work Style: Polka dots and Leopard

I am catching up from last week. I like how the mix of polka dots and leopard print is popping up this spring. It is unexpected and adds a twist to any style. Here is my version. Subtle enough, but I like how it turned out.
Shirt: Forever 21 (old), Skirt: The Limited, Shoes: Ralph Lauren via Ross, Leopard belt: H&M (old)
