Cooking Style: Skinny Lasagna Rolls





I made this last night for dinner, and actually got the inspiration from Skinny Taste, but changed up the recipe a bit. Instead of spinach, I added turkey meat, and used cottage cheese instead of ricotta. My son also loved it, so it was kid-friendly as well! I would consider this pretty simple to make, and just 40 minutes of baking in the oven.
