Cooking Style: Oatmeal-cranberry cookies





I found this wonderful (and healthy) oatmeal-cranberry cookie recipe on Pinterest. I promise Jayden gets out of his pyjamas. He loves to be comfortable at home (like me!) and we bake in very comfortable conditions : )
The recipe is from Dr. Oz


Ingredients

1 cup of all-natural applesauce and 1/2 stick of margarine

3/4 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup natural sugar substitute

2 tbsp of flaxseed (in place of the eggs)

1 tsp of vanilla

1 1/2 cups of all-natural whole-wheat flour

1 tsp of baking soda

2 tsp of cinnamon

3 cups of oats

1 cup of craisins



Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

Bake at 350°F for 11 to 12 minutes. And that's it!
