Cooking Style: Baked brie phyllo dessert

Happy Thursday!
I made this dessert for Thanksgiving day. I wanted to make something with lower carbs (my sister is following a low carb diet). I could not find the shells that Skinnytaste used, but instead I used the sheets. I dipped them in butter and folded them into a cup. They were actually pretty good! The recipe is from, of course, Skinnytaste.


3 oz light brie, skin removed cut into (15) 1/2-inch cubes
4 tbsp craisins
4 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tbsp honey
15 Mini Phyllo Shells or Sheets


Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine craisins, chopped nuts and honey in a bowl and mix well.

Arrange sheets into cups on a baking sheet. Fill the sheets with cheese (each piece of cheese weighs about 0.2 oz). Top with sticky craisin/nut mixture and bake 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

Serve immediately.
