Chubby Chicken and Cream Cheese Taquitos
Three ingredient Fruit Cobbler
I was inspired by Pinterest to make dinner and dessert last night. Both of these were pretty easy to make and required only a few ingredients.
For the taquitos, I used reduced-fat cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Like I wrote, flour tortillas would have been much better, as they do not break as easily.
For the fruit cobbler, I would bake it closer to 45-50 minutes instead of 35. I like my crust a little harder than what it came out.
Overall, dinner was super easy last night.
