Pregnancy News: 18 weeks

How far along?: 18 weeks

Total weight gain: Up to 127 lbs, so 14 lb weight gain. I mentioned last time how important weight gain is with twins. And gaining weight is harder to do when you try to do it! I'm not going to worry about it until my perinatalogist mentions it! (I'm supposed to gain 20 lbs by 20 weeks, so 2 more weeks to gain 6 lbs. Yeah right!)

Maternity clothes?: Yup, full on maternity clothes. This belly is only getting bigger! I am tired of maternity clothes already, ha! So the hubs and I went shopping and I picked up a few things, just a bigger size.

Stretch marks?: None.

Sleep: I sleep great at night! But I've always been a great sleeper. Hope I can keep it up. I'm going to need my rest!

Best moment this week: The movement! They are moving so much, it truly is such a blessing! I am trying to savor every day, especially since I've been feeling great lately! This will most likely, unless God has other plans, be my last pregnancy.

Miss anything?: Being active. I am only going to have to slow down even more, so I am getting more used to it. I miss Zumba so bad, along with working out. My peri has said no to exercise since I'm on feet and moving so much at work. (I'm a pharmaceutical sales rep).

Movement: Yes! See Best moment this week.

Food cravings: Still craving fruit! And I've been craving more sugar. Might be the reason why the babies have been moving so much lately. LOL

Symptoms: I've been feeling great lately. Again, trying to enjoy every little moment.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope!

Labor Signs: Nope. I'm slowing down a lot more lately, so the braxton hicks have slowed down as well.

Wedding rings on or off?: On. We'll see how long it lasts!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy! I can go back and forth, but I've been in a happy mood lately. But I'm also very picky. It's hard because others have to the "hard" stuff for me. I'm sure the hubby, my sister, and my mom are so tired of my pickiness :)

Looking forward to: Now that we know the gender, getting everything in the nursery ready for them. Even though, I'll be watching more than doing. I look forward to seeing them every 2 weeks, and now my high risk OB will see me every 3 weeks instead of 4.
That hasn't changed since we haven't done much to the nursery yet!
