Cooking Style: Healthy banana-oatmeal cookies

Happy Tuesday!
I made my own version of healthy banana-oatmeal cookies. They turned out pretty good and were super easy to make.

Ingredients:
2 large bananas
1 c of oatmeal
1/2 c of walnuts
1/2 c of chocolate chips
1/4 c of honey
1 teaspoon of flaxseed

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Bake on cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!

I am going to do better about meal planning for the week. I usually get ideas from Pinterest, but these will be the main dish I will cook for dinner.

Meal plan for this week:
Monday- Meatloaf
Tuesday- leftovers : )
Wednesday- Chicken thighs (I think I will make this yummy honey-soy sauce chicken)
Thursday- Chicken breast
Friday- Birthday party to attend (no cooking:))
