Recipe Tuesday: Greek yogurt waffles




A great and yummy breakfast for a weekend morning. I got this great recipe for healthy, greek yogurt waffles. And they were absolutely delicious! (I got the recipe from another twin mama, Fit for Motherhood).

Makes: 2-3 Waffles

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Flour

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 egg

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla

1-2 Tbls. water

Directions:

1. Combine first 3 ingredients together set aside.

2. Stir rest of ingredients together.

3. Mix wet ingredients into dry until well combined add water.

4. Turn on waffle maker and let batter sit until ready (about 5 minutes)
