Recipe Tuesday: Healthy Stuffed Bell Peppers





Hi guys!
Here is a late edition of Recipe Tuesday. I have been wanting to make stuffed peppers and just whipped this together last Friday night. It was yummy and super easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 package of (Jenny - O is brand we use a lot) lean ground turkey
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 -3 bell peppers
frozen veggies
1/2 cup 2% shredded cheese (I used cheddar, but mozzarella is good too)

Cook turkey in a skillet and use seasonings to your liking, until fully cooked.
Mix spaghetti sauce with ground turkey.
Cut bell peppers lengthwise in half. Discard seeds and membranes.
Put into a baking dish.
Add ground turkey mixture. Then add veggies.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Add shredded cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes.
