Recipe Tuesday: Easy Cheese Quesadilas

Ava's Headband: Alyson's Creations c/o

Ingredients:
Shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
Corn tortillas (about 6-8)
Cooked shredded chicken (optional)

Sprinkle cheese on top of a corn tortilla. Fold in half. (Or you can use two tortillas per quesadilla). Sprinkle cooked chicken on top of cheese. Fry in frying pan, until cheese is fully melted. You can also warm it up in the microwave for super busy nights. That's the best part about this :)

We are giving the babies more table food. They are really loving regular food, and we are slowly adding it to their diet. My main concern is making sure the babies are getting enough calories. We are slowly switching to whole organic milk, and adding more variety to their diet, like tortillas and cheese. We are also slowly adding sippy cups and straw cups, but they play with them a lot! It never fails, if Aiden starts playing with it, Ava follows right behind him and vice versa. We have regular Tommee Tippee sippy cups for water and a little bit of juice and these Zoli straw cups for milk.

Moms, what other meals are you giving your soon-to-be toddlers or toddlers?
