Happy Wednesday guys!
I must say that I love the color and cut of this blouse. I don't usually stalk items, mostly because I don't have the patience to wait for it to go on sale, but so glad I waited for this to go on promo at 50% off. I paired it with a favorite skirt from Eshakti. The weather has been so nice and we have enjoyed going outside to take pictures, and the kids are getting used to it. I get a couple of uninterrupted minutes while B scrambles to take pictures : )
There is something about Spring weather to encourage new outfit ideas and colors to try out. I know you guys are probably getting bored of seeing this necklace. Lol. But I could wear it everyday! I'm not in the same place every day for work, which is a good thing and I get away with wearing it so much. : )
I am working on ways to remix my closet a lot more now than I got rid of a lot of things during my Spring cleaning. I can count the ways I can wear this top and skirt in a matter of seconds. I am trying hard to only buy things I really want and sticking to classic pieces that can work season after season.
Top: J Crew Factory // Skirt: Eshakti // Shoes: Ann Taylor Factory (similar) // Bag: Target (it's really pink, not red IRL) // Earrings: Stella & Dot (wearing as studs) // Necklace: Stella & Dot // Bracelets: Stella & Dot (1,2)
Lastly, I finally got my hair cut. It was getting so long and unhealthy, and loved the way my stylist cut it today. I will let you all in a little secret. I get my hair cut at beauty schools. Never had a hair cut I didn't like and I have been doing this for at least 10 years. I love getting to try a new student every time I go, but I will be back to try Ashley since she did an amazing job. And the price is phenomenal. (I paid $20). I have tried Aveda, Ogle and now I have been going to Paul Mitchell, The School for a couple of years. I usually only cut my hair, but have done highlights in the past too.
Thanks for stopping by,
